Colored Lights
Adds 8 of the Worklight for different colors, and adds the same amount of Floodlight variants, all with different colors
All Worklights & Floodlights can be found in the Backpack catalog tab just like the vanilla item
All of the Worklights & Floodlights follow the vanilla recipe (so 1 copper for worklights, 1 tungsten for the floodlights)
Updated to make all items require power to be available, doesn't actually consume any.
